Shipping policy
Our delivery options offer an express next day delivery service to the UK Mainland and a 2/5 day delivery service to all other regions in the UK.
DELIVERIES
Next day orders:
Next Day delivery orders must be placed by 11am Monday – Thursday in order to give our warehouse staff and couriers time to prepare your order for shipment.
Next Day delivery orders placed before 11am Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 11am will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery Tuesday. Saturday shipping is available to some regions in the UK – call for information 01506 871720.
Next Day delivery orders placed on a Saturday & Sunday will be dealt with on the following Monday for delivery Tuesday.
Free Delivery is available for all orders above £150.00 to the UK mainland.
As part of our commitment to helping the environment we are trying as business to recycle and reuse as much cardboard and packaging as possible, please do not be offended if your item arrives in a box which has already been sent into us, we are doing this to reduce waste and pass savings on buy not purchasing as many boxes in our prices.

- Saturday Delivery - Saturday delivery may be available on request in selected areas. Additional delivery charges may apply, particularly for orders over £50. Please contact us for availability and pricing before placing your order.

Please Note – The above prices are estimations. Our shipping calculator processes delivery postcodes and provides exact shipping costs. You can use our shipping calculator on our cart page to calculate the delivery cost of your order.
HOLIDAY DELIVERIES
Please take note of the following changes to our delivery schedule over Bank Holidays, Easter, Christmas and New Year.
BANK HOLIDAYS
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer deliveries on Bank Holiday Mondays, Good Friday or Easter Monday.
- Orders placed before 11am on Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
- Orders placed after 11am on Friday through to Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.
EASTER 2027
Love Tiki will be closed on Good Friday, 26th March 2027 and Easter Monday, 29th March 2027.
There will be no deliveries on Friday 26th March or Monday 29th March.
Last order for delivery before Easter:
Wednesday 24th March 2027 by 11am
Orders placed after 11am on Wednesday 24th March will be delivered from Tuesday 30th March 2027.
CHRISTMAS 2026
Love Tiki will be closed from 25th–26th December 2026, with no deliveries on these dates.
Last order for guaranteed delivery before Christmas:
Tuesday 22nd December 2026 by 11am
Orders placed after 11am on Wednesday 23rd December will be delivered from Tuesday 29th December 2026.
NEW YEAR 2027
Love Tiki will be closed from 1st–2nd January 2027, with no deliveries on these dates.
Last order for guaranteed delivery before New Year:
Tuesday 29th December 2026 by 11am
Orders placed after 11am on Thursday 31st December 2026 will be delivered from Tuesday 5th January 2027.
Please order as early as possible during busy holiday periods to avoid delays.

Pallet Deliveries: Some orders may need to be delivered on a pallet. If pallet delivery is the preferred method Tiki Packaging will contact you on the phone or email contact provided to ensure the delivery option is suitable.
Supplied Telephone numbers may be printed on delivery labels to gain contact at point of delivery.
